1. Titular y objeto

El servicio Cofferdock, accesible en cofferdock.com, es titularidad de Francisco Javier Moreno Alcaide, con domicilio en Málaga (España). Contacto: hello@cofferdock.com.

El servicio es una API que convierte HTML en imágenes (PNG o JPEG). El uso del servicio implica la aceptación de estos términos.

2. Cuenta

Para usar el servicio debes crear una cuenta con un email válido y una contraseña. Eres responsable de la veracidad de tus datos, de mantener tu contraseña a salvo y de la custodia de tus API keys. Cualquier uso realizado con tus credenciales se considera realizado por ti.

3. Planes, precios y pagos

Existe un plan gratuito y planes de pago (Pro, Business y Scale) con distintos límites de capturas mensuales. Los precios se muestran en el sitio. Las suscripciones de pago se gestionan a través de Stripe y se renuevan automáticamente (mensual o anualmente) hasta que las canceles.

Puedes cancelar en cualquier momento desde tu panel; la cancelación es efectiva al final del periodo ya pagado, manteniendo el acceso hasta entonces. Salvo lo exigido por la ley, no se reembolsan periodos ya iniciados. Los precios pueden incluir o no impuestos según se indique en el proceso de pago.

4. Uso aceptable

Te comprometes a no usar el servicio para fines ilícitos ni para generar, almacenar o distribuir contenido que infrinja derechos de terceros o la legislación vigente. Eres el único responsable del HTML que envías y de disponer de los derechos sobre el contenido y los recursos (imágenes, fuentes, etc.) que utilices.

No está permitido intentar vulnerar la seguridad del servicio, sortear los límites de uso, ni realizar un volumen de peticiones que degrade el servicio para otros usuarios.

5. Disponibilidad

El servicio se presta "tal cual" y "según disponibilidad". Hacemos un esfuerzo razonable por mantenerlo operativo, pero no garantizamos una disponibilidad ininterrumpida ni la ausencia de errores. Podemos realizar tareas de mantenimiento que afecten temporalmente al servicio.

6. Limitación de responsabilidad

En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, el titular no será responsable de daños indirectos, pérdida de datos o lucro cesante derivados del uso o la imposibilidad de uso del servicio. La responsabilidad total se limita al importe que hayas abonado por el servicio en los tres (3) meses anteriores al hecho que origine la reclamación.

7. Suspensión y baja

Podemos suspender o cancelar cuentas que incumplan estos términos. Puedes darte de baja cuando quieras dejando de usar el servicio y solicitando la eliminación de tu cuenta en hello@cofferdock.com.

8. Cambios en los términos

Podemos actualizar estos términos. Si los cambios son relevantes, lo comunicaremos por un medio razonable. El uso continuado del servicio tras la actualización implica su aceptación.

9. Ley aplicable

Estos términos se rigen por la legislación española. Para cualquier controversia, las partes se someten a los juzgados y tribunales de Málaga, sin perjuicio de los derechos que correspondan a los consumidores.

2. Account

To use the service you must create an account with a valid email and a password. You are responsible for the accuracy of your data, for keeping your password safe and for safeguarding your API keys. Any use made with your credentials is deemed to be made by you.

3. Plans, pricing and payments

There is a free plan and paid plans (Pro, Business and Scale) with different monthly capture limits. Prices are shown on the site. Paid subscriptions are handled through Stripe and renew automatically (monthly or yearly) until you cancel.

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, keeping access until then. Except where required by law, started periods are not refunded. Prices may or may not include taxes as indicated at checkout.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes nor to generate, store or distribute content that infringes third-party rights or applicable law. You are solely responsible for the HTML you send and for holding the rights to the content and resources (images, fonts, etc.) you use.

You may not attempt to breach the security of the service, circumvent usage limits, or issue a volume of requests that degrades the service for other users.

5. Availability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make reasonable efforts to keep it running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the absence of errors. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects the service.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the provider shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of data or lost profits arising from the use or inability to use the service. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three (3) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your account at hello@cofferdock.com.

8. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. If changes are material, we will notify you by a reasonable means. Continued use of the service after the update implies acceptance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Málaga (Spain), without prejudice to the rights of consumers.
